Returns

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

In these situations, we will arrange a replacement or full refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
